Recent past
POKER Pasta factory - Ravioli factory _ CompanyThe Poker pasta company was first established in 1958. Giuliano Brignoli and Rosa Carissimi, its current owners, acquired the company in 1983.

In 2007, the production unit moved to Albano Sant'Alessandro, which is a short distance from Bergamo.
The company has preserved its original artisan approach, which still requires many tasks to be carefully performed by hand, yet it has also branched out to develop its technical and commercial departments.
Precise guarantees of quality
Poker only uses the freshest raw materials in its products that contain no preservatives or additives, which gives them a truly unique and original flavor.

Its advanced production technologies form a complete “cold chain” -- from food preparation to vacuum packing and distribution – that provides customers with products as fresh as if they were made right at the moment.
Its respect for tradition is therefore combined with precise hygiene rules that are implemented by scrupulously applying the HACCP method.
Some of its most popular products are “Casonsèi de la Bergamasca” and “Scarpinòcc de Par”, two traditional filled pastas that are typical of the Bergamo area and marked with the “Bergamo Città dei Mille….sapori” seal of approval issued by the Bergamo Chamber of Commerce.

The primarily local and regional market of Poker products has expanded to include several countries around the world.
